What does the warranty cover?
David’s Aluminum warrants you, the owner of the property at the time of installation, that our gutter system will not sag, leak, or be blown off during category 4 hurricane (130mph-156mph), cause water damage to fascia board and overflow gutter. This warranty is limited to the terms and conditions, exclusions and limitations, requirements and legal rights stated in this Warranty.

What does the warranty NOT cover?

Changes in surface color resulting in chalking, fading, soiling, or staining.

Accidental damage

Fire

Lightning, hurricane, tornado, windstorm, earthquake, hail

Chemicals (cleaning compounds and pesticides)

Misuse or abuse

Vandalism

Airborne stains, mold and mildew accumulation

Owners/ Clients failure to provide maintenance

Warping or distortion due to exposure to excessive heat (aka Barbeque grills, window reflections)

Products that have been painted or whose surface has been altered in any way to void the paint finish warranty

Any other causes beyond our reasonable control or corrosion caused by contact with dissimilar materials, treated lumber, or direct salt spray

Buckling or rippling of gutters and facia
How long does the coverage last?
David’s Aluminum provides an 11 year labor warranty to all residential clients and a 25 year labor warranty to all corporations, condominium, cooperative housing arrangement, unincorporated association, school, church, government, or public entity, etc. However if property is transferred to a new property owner the coverage will be voided.
How do you submit a warranty claim?
You must call our office at (956)638-7153 within the warranty period and within a reasonable timeframe after the incident.
